Peter Macpherson designed and printed these absurd Pits tee shirts in 1982, during the height of their heyday as one of Brisbane's most beloved and shambolic wimpy punk bands.
Fast forward to 2020 and Acacia Ridge lad turned Inner-West of Sydney urban and country icon John Kennedy did a cupboard clean-out and lo - possibly the last original Pits t-shirt on earth was found!
LCMR in their infinite wisdom have decided to get these tees screen-printed with help from our longtime collaborators, No.7 Print House using the same handmade methodology Peter Macpherson did in those Games Bitter-fueled days of '82.
We're only going to do a one-off run of 30 tees as a pre-order only. This way, we can gauge your size and be able to finance the tooling required to make this 4 colour shirt on quality cotton stock.
All proceeds will go towards a Cubbyhouse LP project.
We will ship this to anywhere in the known world.
If you want, you can of course order from Phase 4 Records and save yourself the postage fee and our walk to the Fortitude Valley post office.
